1. No Account or Login Required

PhotoMaster is designed for simplicity and privacy. You are not required to register or create an account to use the app. We do not collect usernames, email addresses, passwords, or any other personally identifiable account information.

While we do not collect personal user accounts, we may collect limited technical data to improve app performance and user experience. This includes:

To provide full functionality, PhotoMaster may request access to the following:


a. Photos and Media

Required for selecting and processing your photos.


When using AI-powered features, selected photos are temporarily uploaded to our servers for processing.


Photos are not stored, shared, or analyzed beyond the processing task.


Photos are deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete.


b. Contact

Required for contact cleanup and duplicate detection features.


Contact data is processed entirely on your device.


We do not collect, transmit, or store your contacts.


You may deny or revoke this permission at any time via your iOS device settings.


We never access your location, microphone, camera, or any other sensitive feature not directly tied to core functionality.

You may choose to deny access to certain permissions, such as media file access. If you choose to do so, some features of the app—such as detecting and deleting duplicate photos—may not function properly. However, you can continue using other parts of the app that do not require such permissions.


All permission requests are made in accordance with the IOS operating system's standard authorization dialog. You can manage these permissions at any time through your device's Settings.


4. AI Processing of Images

PhotoMaster provides AI-powered features that enhance, filter, or stylize your photos. When using these features:


Your selected image is encrypted and transmitted to a secure server for processing.


After processing, the result is sent back to your device.


The original and processed images are not stored on our servers.


We do not use uploaded photos for training, analytics, or sharing.


We use secure transmission protocols (HTTPS) to protect your data in transit.


5. Data Storage and Retention

We do not store personal content (photos, contacts) on our servers.


Device and diagnostic data collected via analytics tools is anonymized or pseudonymized wherever possible.


We retain only minimal non-personal information for as long as necessary to maintain and improve the app.


6. Data Security

We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. This includes:

You are responsible for all charges related to using the purchased Service (for example, data charges and currency exchange settlements). You will pay the Fees in the currency We quoted at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change the eligible currencies at any time, except where not permitted by applicable law. However, if we have offered a specific duration and Fee for your use of the Service, we agree that the Fee will remain in force for that duration.
